Colored sugar elements often tend to rub off or melt on cakes, so this little sachet comes as a pleasant surprise and lives up to its promise. Used on a bento cake with a mascarpone chantilly coating, it held perfectly. The taste is good in the mouth too, the white beads are just a little harder to crunch, but nothing too serious. Perfect!

I used it as a coloring agent in my recipe, I didn't replace my yeast and the result was super satisfying. I was able to make 2 18cm cakes and I still have some colors left. I've often been disappointed by liquid colorants, but powder is much better and easier to use.

The molds are the right size and of good quality. I tried them with the teddy bear recipe, which was really soft and tasty. I also tried them with savory preparations, and the mussels were perfect. The portion is perfect. I recommend them, even if they're still expensive.
