Mon amie, qui sait que j'adore pâtisser, m'a offert ce colorant pâte (entre autres articles ScrapCooking®) pour que je le teste ... un peu sceptique au départ, je trouve finalement cela très pratique : moins volatile que la poudre et plus solide que le gel le dosage est très aisé ! Je valide ! J'en recommanderai au besoin car, en plus, le panel coloris change de l'ordinaire !
