Genoise mix - Ingredients : sugar ; WHEAT starch, WHEAT flour ; emulsifiers (E477, E472b, E471, E481), baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), sweet whey powder (MILK), SOYA flour, thickener (guar gum), salt, glucose syrup, stabiliser (tetrasodium diphosphate), flavouring, colour (beta carotene).
May contain traces of EGGS, PEANUTS, NUTS.

Cette préparation donne un bon résultat, la génoise est très bonne, et permet un gain de temps non négligeable à la préparation d’une nude cake MAIS la quantité contenue dans un sachet est bien loin d’être suffisante pour remplir les 3 moules pièce montée contrairement à ce qui est promis…il faut prévoir (au moins) 2 sachet de préparation pour réaliser les 3 molly cake.

Si vous remplissez les moules correctement, à savoir à demi chacun des 3 moules, vous aurez suffisamment de pâte.
