3 Colouring preparations in powder form of natural origin FUCHSIA / EMEREAUDE / SAFRAN ! A simple, easy way to give a pop of colour to macaroons, meringues, pastries, ice-creams, dairy desserts, frostings, sugarpaste, etc… 

Colouring powder - Ingredients:

- EMERAUDE: maltodextrin, colour: copper-chlorophyllin complex E141.

- SAFRAN: dextrose, maltodextrin, carriers: acacia gum E414, medium chain triglycerides, saccharose, colour: beta-carotene E160a (iii), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate E301, alpha-tocopherol E307)

- .FUCHSIA: maltodextrin, colour: carmine E120, acidifying agent: potassium hydroxide E525.

Total net weight: 3X10g = 30g.

Store away from light and moisture after opening. For pastries and confectionery. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes.

Instructions for use: add directly to the preparation, +/- according to the desired colour. Maximum dosage - Fuchsia: 4.5g/kg of preparation.

To intensify the colour, add a few drops of water to the dye before adding it to your preparation.
