Quick and easy to use for professional results

Designed for professional pastry chefs, this velvet-effect food coloring spray guarantees impeccable, elegant presentation.

Enriched with cocoa butter, the spray produces a harmonious velvet effect in just a few sprays:

  • Optimum application: works from a distance of 25-30 cm on well-frozen surfaces.
  • Impeccable results: a long-lasting silky effect without altering the texture of the dessert.
  • Easy maintenance: in the event of obstruction, simply run the dispenser under boiling water to ensure even distribution.
