This green liquid food colorant is perfect for coloring the surface or interior of your pastry preparations. Whether for decorations in sugar paste, pastillage or lollipops, this dark green colorant ensures smooth application and a brilliant finish.
Composition: water, colorants E102, E131, sodium chloride, preservative: E202.
E102: may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

Caution: The coloring effect obtained with liquid colorant depends on the base on which it is used. A white base (milk, etc.) produces brighter colors, a transparent base (water, gel, etc.) does not produce the same intensity, etc. High temperatures and extreme pH conditions can significantly reduce colorant fastness. Intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs: do not consume as is.
Use: Shake well before use. Add a few drops of colorant to your preparation, depending on desired color intensity, or directly into the airbrush.
Storage: Close tightly after use. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, protected from light.
