Discover our lime green iridescent surface colouring, a brilliant touch to brighten up your pastries. It will add a pretty touch of colour to your desserts, to add an elegant, shiny finish.

This easy-to-use colourant adheres perfectly to your desserts when applied with a slightly damp brush. It's ideal for adding a new dimension to your biscuits, macaroons and sugarpaste creations... The choice is vast.

Formulated for surface applications, this colourant does not mix with liquid preparations. Instead, it is designed to be sprinkled on or applied to finished desserts, offering an iridescent lime green finish that immediately catches the eye.

Ingredients: Colour: safflower, lemon, colourings: brilliant blue FCF E133, iron oxides and hydroxides E172, carrier: potassium aluminium silicate E555.

MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULPHITES.
