The fruit is sieved to separate the pulp from the skin and seeds, then pasteurised.

Homogeneous, thick puree, with dark grains typical of the pear skin.

Ready to use, you can make many recipes: jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets and ice creams, ganaches, sweets, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, etc. Practical packaging, in a flexible flask, equipped with a re-sealable cap.

Ingredients: 90% William's pear (France), 10% added sugar (France), antioxidant: ascorbic acid. NO FLAVOUR. NO COLOURING. PRESERVATIVE-FREE.

Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy value 380 kJ - 90 kcal - Fat: < 0.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 0.0 g - Carbohydrates: 20 g, of which sugars 20 g - Protein: <0.5 g - Salt < 0.01g.

Pasteurised product. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably between +4°C/+6°C. Shake well before use.

After opening, store for 21 days at +4°C/+6°C.
