Ingredient with colouring properties - Ingredients: maltodextrin, stabiliser: E414, carrot extract, carrier: triglycerides, anti-caking agent: E530, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidants: E306, antioxidant: E300, colour: carmine.

Store away from light and moisture after opening. For pastries and confectionery. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes.

Maximum dosage: 10g/kg.

Advice/use: Keep these instructions. To preserve colour, cold use recommended. If the powder becomes compact, crush with a spoon before use. Mix directly into the preparation +/- depending on the desired colour or dilute with a few drops of water.
